What to check when something is not working

Use this page for fast diagnostics before escalation. Start with status, account readiness, and Flow timestamps.

Universal first checks

  1. Check dashboard status card. It should not stay on Not connected yet / Not Connected.
  2. Check task status. Use Your Tasks and confirm status is not Paused or Stopped.
  3. Check Flow card. Review latest SKIP/WARN items and open details.
  4. Check Usage & Capacity. Review Automation Capacity Used, Capacity Available, and alerts.
  5. Check active account. Confirm the selected account matches the task boundaries.

Issue: Login failed

  • Confirm email and password match account records.
  • Retry after refreshing session.
  • Check inbox for verification requirements.

Escalate when: repeated failures continue after credential reset.

Issue: Account connection failed

  • Re-check account credentials and authorization scope.
  • Confirm target account is active on provider side.
  • Retry connection and watch verification status transitions.
  • Use Flow or status panel notes for failure context.

Issue: Task will not run

  • Confirm trading account is connected and selected as active.
  • Review comfort boundaries for invalid combinations.
  • Check plan and capacity state if activation is blocked.

Issue: No activity appears in Flow

  • Confirm task is active, not paused or stopped.
  • If Flow shows Live automation context will appear here once you're connected, reconnect or switch active connected account.
  • Confirm account readiness.
  • Check usage and remaining capacity.
  • Review skip reasons such as Entry paused by available resources or Entry paused by task boundaries.

Issue: Capacity looks low

  • Review number of active tasks and market coverage.
  • Check whether a high-activity window increased cycle usage.
  • Look for High Automation Load or Daily Capacity Reached alerts.
  • Use Upgrade Plan when daily usage is consistently high.

Issue: Upgrade not reflected yet

  • Refresh session and return to Usage & Capacity.
  • Confirm billing event completed successfully.
  • Re-open `upgrade.html` and verify the expected tier state.

Issue: Connected but not automating

  • Check account health and connection continuity.
  • Review Flow for any persistent warnings.
  • Confirm that thetask is valid.
  • If the status card stays at Your task are ready to run for an extended period, escalate with timestamps.

Before contacting support

  • Account email used for sign-in.
  • Task ID or clear task name.
  • Trading account trading account name and current status.
  • Recent Flow timestamps and event types.
  • Short summary: expected vs observed behavior.
