Instruction FAQ

Can I change comfort after activation?

Yes. Use Update in Your Instructions and review the updated lifecycle in Flow.

Why does my instruction not move to Active?

Check environment readiness, account selection, comfort settings, and consent completion. Then review Flow and activity status for pause reasons.

Is comfort financial advice?

No. Comfort is your own user-defined boundary setting. Chilla enforces what you configure.
