This page covers the task creation process and the comfort controls that define your automation boundaries.
Use when you want to temporarily stop automation while keeping your setup.
Use when you want to fully stop the task.

| Active | Task is live within approved scope. | Monitor through Flow and usage panel. |
| Paused | Task is temporarily not running. | Resume when ready or edit settings first. |
| Stopped | Task has been ended. | Create a new task if you want to run again. |
| Expired | Task reached an end state. | Create a valid task. |
| Superseded | A newer task version replaced this one. | Review the latest active task. |
| Draft | Task creation is incomplete or not yet active. | Complete setup and activate. |
| No tasks | No active task exists for the account. | Use Tap to create a task or Create a task. |
Yes. Use Update in Your Tasks and review the updated task history in Flow.
Check account readiness, account selection, comfort settings, and consent completion. Then review Flow and activity status for pause reasons.
No. Comfort is your own user-defined boundary setting. Chilla enforces what you configure.
