AI + provider setup

Can AI help set up a broker account without taking my password?

Yes. Useful assistance does not require handing an AI every sensitive action. The better boundary is simple: let software help with the provider maze while credentials, identity and consequential approvals stay with you.

Opening or managing a financial account often involves more friction than the market itself. You may need to find the right provider page, choose the right account area, move through several screens, complete identity checks, authorize an account connection, or locate funding and withdrawal controls later.

AI can help with that journey without becoming the owner of the sensitive decisions.

What should AI be allowed to help with?

Navigation and explanation are useful forms of assistance. Software can help you reach the right supported provider page, move through ordinary setup screens, explain what a page is asking for, or help you find an account-management area.

That can remove a surprising amount of friction without giving the software authority over your identity or money.

What should stay with the user?

Sensitive or consequential steps should remain yours. That includes:

  • passwords and account credentials;
  • OTP and MFA codes;
  • identity or KYC information;
  • legal declarations and suitability questions;
  • provider or account-connection approvals;
  • transaction details and payment information;
  • deposit, withdrawal or transfer choices;
  • final confirmations that move money or change an important account setting.

The fact that software can click through a website does not mean every click should be delegated.

How Chilla handles this

Chilla can help navigate supported provider setup and account-management journeys. When a sensitive credential step belongs to you, you take over that part. Chilla does not observe the credential-entry activity during that user-controlled step, and Chilla does not store plaintext broker passwords.

Where a provider session is retained under product policy so supported assistance can continue later, that session is protected with encryption at rest and in transit and kept isolated.

That lets the experience remain useful without turning your broker password into ordinary conversational data.

Can Chilla make a deposit or withdrawal for me?

Chilla can help you reach supported deposit, withdrawal, transfer or account-settings areas. The financial action itself remains yours.

Choosing the account, amount, destination, payment method or transaction details — and confirming the action — is different from navigating to the right place.

Chilla can help with the provider maze. You keep control of the consequential step.

What about connecting the account to Chilla?

Provider connection is also a user-authorized step. Connecting an account gives Chilla access only through the supported connection you approve. It does not automatically activate live financial work.

Live Chilla work has its own review and authorization boundary.

Does avoiding password storage make the product useless?

No. Password custody and useful assistance are different things.

The product can still guide, navigate, preserve supported session continuity where policy allows, connect through provider-authorized methods, and continue helping after the user completes the sensitive part.

For users, the useful question is not whether an AI can technically fill every field. It is whether the product has drawn a sensible line between assistance and authority.

What should I ask any AI product that wants access to my financial accounts?

  • Does it need my broker password?
  • Who enters OTP or MFA codes?
  • Who completes identity and legal declarations?
  • Can it move money without a fresh user decision?
  • What happens to any retained provider session?
  • Can I revoke or disconnect access?
  • Does connecting an account automatically authorize financial activity?

Clear answers to those questions matter more than a flashy “AI agent” label.

The Chilla boundary

Chilla is built to carry real work, including helping with supported provider journeys. It is also built around the idea that some actions should remain yours.

You tell Chilla what you are working towards. Chilla works towards your goals in the financial markets and reports back, within the boundaries you approve.
