Compatibility
Chilla can work through compatible external trading accounts and help you through setup when the job needs a new one. Compatibility still depends on the provider, account, region and market.
Account pathways
Connect a compatible account when Chilla needs one. Your funds remain with the provider that hosts it.
Chilla can work through supported cTrader account connections. Availability depends on the provider, region, account type and whether the required account access is available.
If you already use cTrader, Chilla can check compatibility when you choose to connect for live work.
Chilla can work through supported Deriv pathways, including Deriv-native market products and account journeys.
Chilla checks the specific account, provider and market context when you connect.
Funded & prop-firm accounts
A funded or prop-firm account is not automatically supported just because it uses cTrader. Chilla compatibility still depends on the provider or firm, region, account type, required account access and the current Chilla capability.
Use Chilla to check whether the specific trading account can be connected for the work you are considering. A different account type at the same firm can have different access or restrictions.
Prop and funded-account rules can restrict automation, copying, news activity, holding periods, drawdown behaviour or other account use. Chilla compatibility does not override the firm’s rules. You remain responsible for using the account within the terms that apply to it.
Provider help
Chilla can navigate provider setup and ordinary account-management steps with its own computer, then hand control back when a step genuinely needs you.

Passwords, OTP/MFA, identity checks, legal declarations, approvals, transaction details and money-moving confirmations remain yours. Chilla does not store plaintext broker passwords.
Financial markets
Chilla uses only markets supported by the current product, connected trading account and work being considered. The exact symbol list can change with provider and account availability.
Public companies and exchange-traded funds through compatible account pathways.
Crypto markets through compatible provider and account pathways.
Currency markets through compatible connected accounts.
Metal markets where the connected account exposes them.
Index markets through compatible accounts.
Synthetic markets through compatible provider pathways.
