Security & Infrastructure
1. Security Philosophy
Beaverly is designed around platform safety, automation integrity, and user privacy. Our goal is to keep automation reliable, keep access appropriately controlled, and keep sensitive information protected.
2. Non-Custodial Architecture
Beaverly does not hold, manage, or custody user funds. Chilla operates only through user-authorized connections to third-party broker environments, and capital remains with the broker at all times.
3. Data Protection
We use encrypted connections, protected account and authorization flows, restricted internal access, and safeguards around the personal data required to deliver the service. User-facing activity views are also intentionally sanitized so they stay understandable.
4. Authentication & Account Security
Beaverly applies secure sign-in, session protection, verification steps where required, and protections against repeated failed access attempts or suspicious behavior. Connected broker authorizations are handled as protected credentials and are limited to the scope required for user-approved automation.
Users are responsible for keeping their email account, device access, passwords, and connected broker credentials safe, and for reviewing linked environments regularly.
5. Infrastructure Security
We use layered production safeguards, restricted administrative access, and ongoing monitoring and issue review to protect platform availability and integrity. We also review and remediate reported issues.
6. Automation Integrity
Chilla executes only within the instructions, authorization scope, and connected environment selected by the user. Before automation proceeds, the platform applies validation, compatibility, guardrail, and comfort-boundary checks.
Capacity and fair-use controls are also used to keep service stable for all users. When a boundary is reached, the platform is designed to pause, defer, or skip rather than act outside approved limits.
7. Continuous Monitoring
Beaverly monitors platform health, connection health, warning signals, unusual activity patterns, and overall service performance. These signals help us investigate abnormal conditions, respond to degraded service, and maintain operational reliability.
8. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact: security@beaverlyai.com
Please include steps to reproduce, affected pages or flows, and any supporting screenshots or logs where appropriate.
We review reports responsibly and work to resolve verified issues as quickly as practical.
9. Privacy Commitment
Beaverly is committed to protecting user data and using it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. For more information, please review:
10. Final Statement
Beaverly is designed as a secure automation infrastructure platform. We do not custody funds, provide financial advice, or act on our own behalf in the market. Our role is to operate the technology environment where your automation instructions run.
